I. Assistant Manager, Administration and recruiting 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Employment status: Full-time
  • Location: Vung Tau, Vietnam
  • Reports directly to: Board of Dean

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management consultant team to study programs at IIHC.
  • Organizing programs, events, marketing seminars, PR
  • Manage the information channels online, digital (website, facebook fan page …) of the College.
  • Control of telesales.
  • Manage administrative activities, update information related to students and teachers on the management software.
  • Handling problems and complaints of students.
  • Together with the management board to develop the school policies and regimes.
  • Other matters as assigned by the Board of Management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SUBJECT TO APPROPRIATE VERIFICATION

  • Male / Female aged 28-40, good appearance
  • Minimum University degree, preferably related to education, training, tourism, business administration
  • English: Minimum Intermediate

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Good communication.
  • Working independently and good teamwork.
  • Willing to work overtime and on business.
  • Priority should be given to persons with prior experience in the relevant field of education, tourism and management.

II. Program Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Employment status: Full-time
  • Location: Vung Tau, Vietnam
  • Reports directly to: Director of Student Recruitment

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Program Consultant, you are required to contact potential clients and recruit students for the School’s programs/courses. In addition, you will involve in the administrative assignments associated with student enrollment.

KPIs: New enrollments, re-enrollment, total revenues, internal and external student satisfaction.

  1. Student Recruitment
  • Strong desire to achieve set targets and goals;
  • Achieve conversion rate (visitors – placement tests- sales) daily on average;
  • Follow up bookings/leads daily;
  • Achieve set targets and goals weekly and set plan for upcoming week(s).
  • Check re-enrollment status weekly
  • Take action promptly
  • Handle customers’ feedback/complaints
  • Handle customers’ financial requests
  • Process special offers or discounts as directed;
  • Propose sales events, activities for School;
  • Complete reports: weekly, monthly or as required
  • Implement daily / monthly reports
  1. Administration supports
  • Provide needed administrative support for Dean and other staff, in addition to Educators
  • Organize and maintain hard copy and digital student recruitment files
  • Answer inquiries efficiently and effectively to properly represent IIHC to both internal and external customers
  • May include daily or overnight travel to other locations in Vietnam
  • Other reasonable tasks as assigned to assist in IIHC’s operation

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SUBJECT TO APPROPRIATE VERIFICATION

  • College/University degree preferred
  • Language: Good spoken and written English
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to receive and give complex messages with accuracy and maintain good working relationships; attention to details required;
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines, to operate in confidential manner with discretion, enthusiasm and optimism.
